Founded in 1997 by Dr. Joseph Lee, GBS, OStJ, JP, Wofoo Social Enterprises (WSE) is a registered charity which upholds the belief “Harmony brings a family prosperity, cohesion makes a nation wealthy”. WSE projects and programmes run with the aim to promote the five values of “love and care”, “respect”, “forbearance”, “integrity” and “responsibility” among all mankind, with a special focus on Hong Kong. Wofoo is committed to collaborating with the government, business sector, academia, social groups and people from various walks of life, so that resources can be pooled and consolidated into high-quality, up-to-date and target-beneficiary-specific social services. Our projects emphasise both innovative ideas and sustainable development, as well as aim to strengthen the general public’s commitment and contribution towards the society.

Founded in 2015, HK.WeCARE (香港開心D) is a happiness advocacy and research group in Hong Kong powered by Wofoo Social Enterprises in collaboration with a group of enthusiastic individuals and partner organisations. This platform aims to raise awareness and share knowledge on happiness studies relating to positive values and culture, money, wellbeing, life satisfaction, meaning of life, livelihood and liveability issues specific to Hong Kong. We are dedicated to promoting a positive and optimistic mindset with the goal of making Hong Kong a happier place. Our team invites every Hongkong-er to maintain positive thinking daily and to spread the power of love and laughter within our community.
